Area-51m R2, AWCC not loading and crashing
AWCC (Alienware Command Center) just loads when opened. It says "service running required this may take up to 30 seconds" so I waited. After 30 minutes it still didn't load, I even tried restarting the computer and it did nothing. AWCC has said the same message before except it actually loads until now. Another problem with the command center is that it says in the reliability history that AWCC stopped working many times. I couldn't find a reason why it has crashed over 50 times in just one month.

I performed a system restore and the AWCC version now is 1.1.22.0. and the OC version is 1.3.0.1239. After opening CC successfully it automatically downloaded some components and now a Dell Update Package window is waiting for me to either install or extract something? Is it necessary to install this Dell Update Package? Thanks

It says that the current version is 1.1.22.0 for AWCC.
Also, after checking the reliability history of the computer it says windows was not shutting down properly and also windows hardware error. I did a troubleshoot of the computer and it said all the components were fine. This happened before the windows restoration and after so I am not sure what's going on with that. Here's an example below.
The AWCC crashes and Windows problems happen almost every day (sometimes multiple times in a day).

Windows hardware error just happened again and this time my entire computer screen was white so I had to force shut it down.

Alright thank you for trying to help I know you aren't dell so I appreciate your time but do you have any idea why this is going on and how that version is on my computer if it doesn't exist? I got the computer directly from dell and haven't done anything special to it. I already contacted them through private messages by the way.
