Area-51m R2, BIOS 1.4 bug report, USB Powershare Setting does not work as expected

On the Alienware Area-51m R2 with latest (version 1.4) BIOS disabling the USB Powershare setting does not disable power share from the USB Type-C/Thunderbolt port.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Change the USB Powershare setting in BIOS to "disabled"
2. Save and exit the BIOS
3. Shutdown / Power off the system
4. Connect a device to the USB C / Thunderbolt and notice the system is providing power.

This is potentially made worse by the fact the Area-51m R2 BIOS does not provide powershare limits (e.g. limit powershare to 25% battery drain) meaning a USB Type-C connected device can completely drain the battery.

Alienware Liaisons, is there a more "proper" place to report bugs/issues like this?
