Intel and AMD in Dark side of the moon, light side of the moon or are both of them to give it if you want it so you get choice of three different cases.
Monthly insurance
Dell need to listen to their Customer how the Customer keep Dell light on so if they do not listen to the Customer they will go out of business.

From all industry reports, there isn't going to be an R3 of this model -- so, while Dell may see your comments, they're largely a moot issue.
