Hi @Kunai47  welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.

Is it just the keyboard lights and has the AlienFX keyboard driver disappeared from Device Manager? It is possible that Windows Update and/or Dell AWCC & OC Controls updates have unintentionally removed keyboard drivers. Open local admin account, right click on Device Manager's top icon and ask it to search for new devices. If new devices found, this should have refreshed and installed the keyboard drivers. Then AlienFX will detect the keyboard and its AlienFX icon will be reinstated. Hope that this fix works for you.

There is no Dell AlienFX 2.0 or SupportAssist troubleshooting of AlienFX devices.

Hi @Kunai47  thank you for sharing update with images.

Trying to enter Device Manager using Local User Account will give the following Warning.

Entering Device Manager using Local Admin Account will not give a Warning. Scan for hardware changes and installing new drivers is allowed. Disabling, deleting, updating, etc. drivers is allowed.

Hopefully this is the requested clarification.

I don't know, my command center is up to date, i already searched for devices in device manager but nothing.

I'ts like the specific driver for the keyboard just dissapeared because some update how you said before.
