Area-51m R2, out of box issues

Hi guys! I just received my Alienware laptop and there's a small paper stuck Inside the gap of the screen(look at the first pic above) I tried many times and can't get it out. When the screen turned black(normal) there are multiple lights coming beneath it(second picture). Is there something wrong? will it affect the computer?

Hi @sam714714  from your image, looks like keyboard backlighting zones are also having problems. Is the Alienware Logo LED also not working? If new from Dell, you have 30 days from date on Dell invoice to Reject and request a new replacement, that hopefully has no faults.

The keyboard light is working fine just the screen

I contacted the technical supports and trying to fix it but still the same. I spend 1 hour with Dell, rebooting and fixing but still doesn't work. It's really weird because this is a brand new laptop and there's a tiny wrapper stuck inside the laptop and this screen problem. I'm very disappointed

Hi @sam714714   you have 30 days from date on Dell invoice to Reject and request a new replacement.

Hi @sam714714  within first 30 days, you can Reject system and get Dell agreement to return for full refund, it says Here. Do not wait, get Dell agreement as soon as possible.
