Area-51m R2, the screen does not work after updating the GPU

Hello, I have bought 

NEW DELL AMD RADEON RX5700M 8GB GDDR6 W99HR

and

NEW OEM Alienware Area 51M R2 DGFF GPU Power Cable For AMD Radeon RX-5700M KD7G4 

I have changed the parts on my laptop and when I tried to turn it on it does not work, neither with the old cable, nor with this one that I bought, but, if I try to install my previous GPU, which is a (2070 SUPER NVIDIA) everything works correctly, can someone help me? to solve this problem? I need to change to AMD card, thanks.
