Area51m R2, RGB lighting issues
So I have an Area-51m R2 and the blue leds on the keyboard, tron lights, and both alien heads are not the color they are supposed to be when using default static blue profile. I called on the 31st of march and they sent someone out to replace the motherboard. That did nothing to help. Then the new motherboard dies a few days later. I called support and they suggested that I send the laptop to the repair depot so they can just fix it all in one shot. I send the laptop in and in the repair process. A few days later they say they need my approval to wipe my drive. Within 15 minutes I gave them approval on Friday the 15th. On Thursday the 21st I email and asked what the status was and I was told that they needed approval to wipe my drives. I got upset since I gave the approval almost a week before and told them that this was unacceptable. Later that evening they shipped my laptop back to me reimaged and motherboard replaced but still original problem of lights not working properly not fixed. Looking at the three or so work orders on my laptop shows they have no clue when the rest of the parts will be in to fix this. They are supposed to be replacing the entire screen assembly, keyboard, tron back piece, and palmrest. Since they didn't fix the original issue like they led me to believe they were going to do at the repair depot, and they don't know when they will able to get the parts to fix this, any advice on where I should go from here?

The system was replaced by Dell due to lack of parts availability.

for some reason I can't edit my posts but here is a screenshot. Also Tobii wasn't working so I opened it up and it wasn't even connected.

Along with this i ran supportassist and noticed that my machine locked up for a while and so i checked my temps and saw that supportassist had the cpu temp pegged at 100. I decided afterwards to run cinebench to verify that this is an issue and using cinebench and hwinfo I have verified when I start a cinebench run my cpu immediately pegs to 100. This is unacceptable Dell!
