AW510H, headset not connecting
I have an issue with my Alienware AW510H headset not connecting to with my laptop or my Aurora. The message states that the USB is not recognized. Updates have not resolved the issue. Does anyone have any ideas?

The DELL-Cares agents will need the AW510H Dell order number and the Alienware Laptop service tag.
What Alienware Laptop model?
Are you saying the Aurora R13 with Windows 11 is getting the same USB error when testing the AW510H USB DAC cable on all 9 USB-A ports?
