AWCC, Alien FX setting not showing
I uninstalled AWCC, then install it again and the issue is still present?

Hi @ziadmohamed Dell Support for G5 15 5500 Drivers & Downloads, says that AlienFX 2.0 is deployed for your system. Unlike AlienFX 1.0, Dell has failed to provide fault diagnostics for AlienFX 2.0. If Dell Warranty is current, use your Dell account to ask Dell Product Support to raise a fault ticket, so that Dell knows that there is a problem to fix.
Please go to your download folder, click on the AWCC Version 5.2.115.0 update file and Run as administrator. Because AWCC is already installed, the AWCC update window will be different and include Repair option. Please select Repair, wait for repair is successful window to appear, and then Restart (not Shut Down). If there are no other problems, the AWCC FX tab function should have been fully reinstated.
