Dell alienware keyboard problem (ALT button)
Alienware m15 Ryzen Edition R5
I am using Dell alienware m15 R5 ryzen
I have a very annoying problem with the keyboard, which is that the alt keys (both left and right) don't work, nor does the volume down key, until I have to use the alt key combination L + R, or Alt + volume down and pressed many times before all the keys work normally, then after about 5 minutes if not used it continues to happen, like the keys automatically lock.
I talked to a few tech friends, and they all said that if a button breaks, it only happens to one button, it can't happen to both sides, and sometimes this situation shouldn't happen for the first time. I have attached video, please help me.
If there is any damage, can I have it repaired directly at Dell US? Please provide me with the repair shop information directly, thank you.
