I have 7 pcs in my home all Dells. The newest one (x14 R1) has been an issue since day one. This will be the second time in one year that I have to sent this in. I should have complained sooner like multiple more times. It only works like 50% of time. I do not have hours to contact for everything. I will pay off this PC and never buy a Dell again. I even asked for either a replacement or refund but they refused, but got to sell it. FYI, my 5 teen gamers are very disappointed in this company and feel the same way. Good bye Dell. See you. FYI, they do not let you complain even.

Within the first 30 days there is Reject option to respond to the Alienware x17 R1 has been an issue since day one. Dell Refund policy, New vs Refurbished - Dell Community. Wait for Dell to arrange collection of your system.

It is Dell policy that after trying to fix same problem three times, a replacement will be offered, the same specification or better. Please Sign In to your online Dell account to create Service Request as a Formal Complaint. Include all the Dell dialogue. Include request to escalate to senior Dell tier that can authorise your stated Reject option. This senior Dell tier review usually takes about 10 working days. If successful you will get your Reject option.

Well we are almost 1 month since I sent my pc in which you lost, and the only option you are willing to send my back is a refurbished PC with no warranty.

Why pay for the premium warranty when you don’t stand behind them.

I will no longer purchase anything from you, I want a full refund since you lost my PC.
