Best wishes for that search -- most shops charge for such repair by the hour, so you'll likely be investing at least a few hundred dollars to start -- and it takes very little for the cost of a repair attempt to add up very quickly.

You will want a shop that can guarantee a repair (which is usually good for 90 days) -- otherwise, carefully weigh the hundreds in repair vs. the hundreds to replace the board.  

Yeah that’s true, got to wait for the chip to come in, so I’ll weight out the prices over new.

From what I can see its a ns892404 and a gts5009 and a ns892407
