These appear to have had Haswell CPUs (4th generation Core i). There is no i9 in that series -- you're limited to the i3/i5/i7 4xxx CPUs.

Are you talking about a laptop or desktop?
Laptop - No
Desktop - Yes, but you have to replace the motherboard for one that is compatible with the i9
