Keyboard and Trackpad not working help
Sir the keyboard is functional when in safe mode but not in normal boot
edit: it worked once while booting but stopped working on log in and has never functioned since
Service tag:
i am currently using onscreen keyboard

Hi @AlixEstolas,
System model and revision?
If the KB works on safe mode, that means that the issue is related to software. You can try a system restore back to a date before the issue started or a reinstallation of Windows.
