I was wondering. I have an Alienware m15 which I got on May 16, 2019 with high specs and is under warranty and is faulty. If the fault is due to the configuration of the laptop, is it possible for it to be returned? Because it would mean almost £2000 was wasted on a laptop that can’t run to the standard it is supposed to based on the configuration because it doesn’t work on it. And that’s just stupid.
