M15, having problems while gaming
Hi,
I bought this laptop about a year ago and i always had problems of overheating and battery. The problem is that i have to always put the higher power setting to run any game with a decent frame rate and by doing this the battery lasts about 25 to 30 minutes and the laptop reaches the highest heating point. Now i am not an expert about gaming laptops, but i don't think that a 3000 dollars laptop can have a battery that lasts 30 minutes. By saying so, please i need help, can anyone explain this to me?.

Sorry but I was not able to answer, the problem is still alive.. the computer is burning a lot of energy in the battery and when I play with some games the battery takes only 20 minutes to go from 100% of charging.. to zero. The model of the computer is:
DESKTOP-0OGEONO
PROCESSOR: INTEL (R) CORE(TM) I7-8750H CPU@ 2.20 GHZ
RAM: 32 GB (31,8 AVAILABLE)
ID: 4BCE91B2-61C6-426C-A695-D770ED72FF79
PRODUCT: 00330-51715-74230-AAOEM
SYSTEM TYPE: 64BIT PROCESSOR X64
Hope you have all info... the problem.. is the battery and the fans.. all super working to compensate the super heat of the Keyboard. Please help me in this matter.. because the computer is too hot.. and I am worried it could be damage by that temperature. Thanks

are you gaming with the battery or plugged in? you have to be plugged in to play games properly...
you also need to use a cooling pad because the laptop can't pull enough air when it's on the table.
