m15 R?, AWCC, FX feature missing
I hate the AWCC (Alienware Command Center). I was forced to update to the latest version. I have the Alienware m15 laptop. Since the newer update, the "FX feature" is gone missing. I tried to reinstall and delete from: C:\program files x86\alienware stuff and registry Editor and delete Alienware Folder stuff that I found on the youtube video about it. But still no hope. Just why won't Dell just make a Alienware FX editor program alone for the Alienware m15 laptop. Now I couldn't even turn off my lights on the keyboard. Just dumb and stupid. I hope Dell could considering making a stand alone Alienware FX editor for the older laptop like my m15. I called Dell Tech support 4 times. None of them can fix my problem, very disappointed.

Your Alienware m15 is not old and is included in the current list of this AWCC version 5.2.100.0 for new Dell Laptops. Agree, Dell Technical Support should be fixing their Dell Flagship enticement to buy their new Laptops.

Had m15 for about a year. Had an AWCC FX issue. Didn't like the way the program operate. It was like a nightmare. Called in for remote service at least 6 times. None of the tech can figure out how to fix it. This stupid AWCC forced to installed this update OC Control thing that made AWCC disappear the FX feature. Overtime tried to fix it myself, watching Youtube, and my lights on the keyboard stayed on for 5 months. Couldn''t turn of the keyboard lights until today. I some how reopened the AWCC, FX is back and I was able to change keyboard lighting and turn off. I leave it off. Just hope Dell fix the AWCC. Don't know what fixed it, but just super disappointed.
