m15 R1, AWCC, errors installing

Hello

I have some serious issues involving AWCC (Alienware Command Center).

First of all there was an update that take so long to complete and when finally ends I get a message error saying that the update couldn't be completed, this happen several times and I have to wait until the update finish to get access at the command center. To solve this problem I update all my drivers and Bios, but nothings happen. So I decided to uninstall the program following the steps proposed by Alienware Support, and installed from Microsoft Store because the Alienware from Dell just show me a message that says Driver Updated. But this time when launching AWCC, it shows me a message that says that it needs to download the components. I let it complete and when asking for the install it happens again, it shows me a message error and couldn't be install, also the AWCC doesnt show me any options to control the vents, the fx or even the energy options

I tried to uninstall the AWCC from programs and features but nothing happens and i cant uninstall it
Also I tried to factory reset my laptop but i get an error and doesn't let me reset it

Can someone help me?
