m15 R1, AWCC sound setting gone

In AWCC (Alienware Command Center), the sound settings are suddenly gone. I had been facing this problem from past month. This took place with October update, and I have waited enough for next update, and it still isn't resolved yet. Even next update, reinstallation and restarting didn't help. I think I've reinstalled the thing about 5 or 6 times since I received the computer. Later I found a discussion in Dell community to check the "Nahimic service" in task manager (services section) and check if is turn on or not. If it is stopped, right click and start it. However, even this didn't help.
Please help!

As for AWCC, I suggest following these instructions for proper installation and reinstallation: Instructions
AWCC can be hard to remove and reinstall, so it's important to follow those steps.

You could try clicking on the get help now button in the lower right corner of the screen. They will be able to assist you further.
