m15 R1, BIOS 2.18.0 update issue

Question

I updated the BIOS to 2.18.0 on my Alienware m15 R1. CPU Clock speed was working fine under AWCC (Alienware Command Center). Performance mode was boosting up to 3.8GHz and balanced was working as per the load. But after the BIOS update, the maximum clock speed is 2.2GHz (Base Clock Speed). I want my CPU to work in high voltage but AWCC not overriding the base clock speed.

The most recent Alienware m15 BIOS is version 2.16.0. Alienware m15/m17 R1 System BIOS | Driver Details | Dell US.

Occasionally a bad BIOS version is withdrawn. Please install install BIOS version 2.16.0.

Do not update BIOS version just because an update becomes available. Only update BIOS version if an application requires a new BIOS feature.

I tried to install the version 2.16.0 too. I'm unable to install it on my system. Would be thankful if you give me any solution to downgrade to 2.16.0.

Finally installed 2.16.0 but still base clock speed is not rising more than 2.2Ghz.
