m15 R2, Occ control error 0x80070643

For some days I have not been able to intervene on the speed of the fans. The command center program tries to install the latest version of occontrol but stops and displays the error "Occ control error 0x80070643". I checked the community and followed the recommended instructions but the error keeps appearing. It is frustrating because the fans keep increasing and I can no longer control the temperature, PLEASE can someone help me? Thank you so much.
