Confirmed
It is all about the driver and patches issues.
I up to date all my drivers, then after I reboot my laptop, the SSD shows up now

update1:
I thought it might be a configuration issue, then I checked BIOS configuration. I find the SSD already exist in the BIOS.
For me, it might mean this hardware is no problem, and it should be windows and driver.
I will update all the patches and drivers via Alienware update and see how it goes.

Hi @infinitysky welcome to this user to user forum.
Please visit Disk Management and check that your new drive has been given a drive letter so that the Operating System can see it. If it does not have a drive letter, right click on new drive and assign a drive letter.

Hi @crimsom,
Thanks for your information, I have tried this method from the beginning, and I never discovered my SSD from here.
now I am updating all the patches and drivers, hopefully I could find it in the system.

Hi @crimsom ,
I didn't find any drive shows here (disk management), and this is the reason why it leads me to check out the windows patches and new dell drivers.
