m15 R3, AW410K keyboard sleep timer setting missing?

Question

I just bought the AW410K keyboard and I'm trying to set it's sleep timer so that the backlighting turns off after a set amount of idle time. I leave my computer on when I'm batch processing photos and I really prefer that the lights on the keyboard turns off. I attached a screen shot of the online manual for the AW410K keyboard and it shows a 'Settings' tab right beside the 'Update' tab under the settings for the keyboard on the Alienware Command Center. On mine, I do not have the 'Settings' tab. I only have the 'Update' tab so I do not know how to get to setting the time out for the keyboard. I have uninstalled and re-installed the latest version of the AWCC main application along with the AWCC components specifically for the keyboard. This keyboard is connected to my Alienware m15 R3.

UPDATE=Unfortunately, the Engineering team updated that this issue was due to the compatibility of the keyboard with the Windows 11 OS.
