reinstall the command center but click the repair command center option.

I think the new update for the command center is causing your issue.

i don’t know how to disable the internet for a specific application but if you could do that then you’ll be good.

Thanks for your prompt reply.  Unfortunately,  I uninstalled and reinstalled AWCC again and then reinstalled again using repair option.  However, AWCC still cannot work properly.
