m15 R3, Display is Freezing/Glitching/Pausing

I have noticed that my Alienware M15 R3 has been periodically "freezing" for about a second every 10 seconds or so. When it happens, the video/display pauses while audio continues uninterrupted, then it catches up to wherever it's at.

Case in point, while typing this out, the cursor would pause, then like another 6-7 letters would just appear on the screen and get me current. Playing a video, the audio would continue with no issue, but the video would pause, then catch up.

Any thoughts?
