m15 R3, garbage
Bought an Alienware m15 R3 laptop in August 2020. I only use it for Microsoft Office, email, and Netflix, no games, nothing else. It overheated badly. A tech came out, replaced parts, didnt work. Sent it to Dell, came back, still overheats and no blue screens with hard drive issues.

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a Return to Depot service which corrected the issues.
