Hi @i1kh  welcome to this user to user discussion forum.  This is not Dell Support.

Has the AlienFX keyboard driver disappeared from Device Manager? It is possible that Windows Update and/or Dell AWCC & OC Controls updates have unintentionally removed the AlienFX keyboard driver. Open local admin account, right click on Device Manager's top icon and ask it to search for new devices. If new devices found, this should have refreshed and installed the AlienFX keyboard driver. Then AWCC FX tab, and AlienFX 2.0 applications will detect the keyboard and reinstate this option. Hope that this fix works for you. 

There is no Dell AlienFX 2.0 or SupportAssist troubleshooting for AlienFX devices.

Hi @i1kh  thank you for sharing update. 

You have already done the fix of reseating keyboard cables to fix this problem. Be careful not to damage anything when inside the laptop. Visit Dell m15 R3 documentation and watch YouTube videos to determine if this is within your capabilities. But this was not the solution. 

Now its appropriate to contact Dell Support, raise a fault ticket to request warranty replacement.

Internal keyboard does not work not only in Windows but also in BIOS menu.

 Reseating keyboard cables did not fix this problem. I buy this laptop from eBay. Unfortunately, the seller refuses to make the warrantly transfer.

Hi @i1kh  thank you for sharing update. The Dell transfer of ownership process has provisions to expedite transfer and thereby give you access to your existing Dell warranty. To start this process, send Private Message (click envelope icon, in top right hand corner) to @DELL-Cares requesting transfer of ownership. If they have problems contacting the registered owner, they will request a copy of your eBay invoice as proof of ownership. This process takes about 10 working days, so start the Dell process now.

Hi @i1kh  there is no requirement to keep opening the Private Message envelope icon, you will get a prompt when a reply arrives. 

Dell are having problems with their servers. Guess that Covid-19 could be the human problem. A Dell Sales webpage should be opened in the background, to try and retain connectivity. Even then, strange things keep happening.

The problem despairs when i clear the computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module)

1- Press Windows key + R to open run

2- Type tpm.msc and press Enter

3- At the top right press clear TPM

4-Restart the laptop

This worked for me i hope it works for you but it's not stable.
