m15 R3, no sound output device found

Hi,

After doing window update, I suddenly have a red x on the sound icon. In sound settings, I have no output device found.  in device manager i also do not have realtek any where to be found. i read all through this forum and tried the following staring with the simple things first. what i am trying to accomplish is get my speakers on the laptop to work again.

So far this is what i did.

1.remove and reinstall drivers and made sure i have the latest BIOS installed

8.2.installed Realtek drivers, older and the latest one from Dell site

3.uninstalled the only sound driver in device manager which is Nvidia high definition audio. I then restart laptop

4.tried install legacy hardware and scan for hardware change in device manager

5.ran all diagnostic and it always come back with No Audio Device Found

6.I reinstalled window 10 twice selecting factory restore and still no sound with red X on sound icon

once with internet connection and once with no internet connection

7.I did the free upgrade to windows 11 and same result

8.Did another windows factory restore back to window 10 .

After all this i still have a no onboard sound from the laptop speakers, Am i missing something else.  not sure why reinstalling windows is not letting the onboard sound to work. i am wondering if its a BIOS update i need from Microsoft to release since this Alienware laptop wont let me downgrade the BIOS.

(once the BIOS is upgraded, you cannot downgrade the BIOS to version 1.9.2 or earlier due to downgrade restrictions. BIOS downgrades are restricted when there are security updates and important fixes with earlier versions that impact the functionality of the system.)

Thanks Any help would be appreciated.
