m15 R3, not booting up
I need help with the critical error message "no bootable devices found" was all that appeared on the screen when trying to boot. Its an Alienware M15 R3 Build 4400.16. On the pre boot performance check scan it comes up with code 4400.2000 success. Hardware scan complete with no issues. No bootable devices were found. Possible causes could be a corrupt OS image or a boot device is not enabled in BIOS setup.

We moved this thread to the Alienware Laptops board.
Update December 9, 2020 = A DELL-Cares agent setup a Service Request.
Thank you so much for everything I have a working system now since two days ago. The technician came and replaced both the SSDs and I downloaded the recovery OS tool and the Windows 10 image for Alienware and the system booted up. It has been two days and the system is still working fine.
