m15 R3, reinstalled Windows 10, lost Dell/Alienware software

I'm no tech expert so please forgive me for any simple questions etc. that might pop up.

In short, I had to have my motherboard replaced on my Alienware m15 R3, and had to reinstall Windows 10. After a quick search, I found that all of the Dell/Alienware software that came preinstalled on the laptop when I first bought it was gone. Is there any way that I can reinstall all of that software back onto the laptop? I'm not even entirely sure what was on the computer when I first bought the laptop, but I do know it was a lot of Alienware stuff, and something called Killer Command Center(?).

I did go on dell's support site and download all the drivers and support assist program onto the computer. It's the first thing I did.

I'm sure I look strange for wanting to install software on the laptop that I never interacted with before the motherboard replacement, but I guess it would make me feel better about the laptop as a whole working correctly if I had all of the original software back on the laptop.

Once again, my apologies for my lack of tech skills, and if this seems like a "grandmas first modern computer" kind of question. Nevertheless, any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance.

The applications for this model can be found at this link, once the site loads please select Applications for the category and you will then see a list of applications available for the system.

If you're wanting to get more specific on the selections for your system as it shipped you can click the toggle "show downloads for only this pc" and the site will ask for your service tag. Once the tag has been entered finding drivers/applications for the exact configuration of the system will be easier to find.

The Killer Control Center Application can be downloaded from this link.
