Hello, I've had this issue since a windows update in 2022. To get my keyboard to work I do the following:

1. Turn on Laptop

2. Use on-screen keyboard to login

3. Open device manager

4. Uninstall USB device with error

5. Sleep Device

6. Open from sleep

7. Keyboard works

I've done this every single day for a year or two now. Please let me know if there is a software fix to this.

I've done all the other things like full wipe on my laptop, updating all my drivers, software updates, going back to windows 10, etc. 

Dell please make a fix for this.
