m15 R5, brightness not working

hi all just wondering if someone is able to help. I have used the search feature for my problem but unable to find a solution. screen brightness is not working. FN and either f10 or f11. The brightness bar is moving but it actually isn't dimming.I have triedbios updatesorder version of geforce restart laptopif anyone can help thanks in advance.
