Low latency mode : ULTRA
Max frame Rate : ON, set it to the refresh rate of your monitor 165FPS.
Multi-Frame Sampled AA (MFAA) : ON
OpenGL rendering GPU : Select your NVIDIA
Power management mode : ADAPTIVE
Shader cache : ON
Texture filtering– Anisotropic sample options : ON
