Question

I have been struggling a lot of issues with this new replaced Laptop which was received on 07-04-2022. Frequently I am facing Blue Screen of Death error with BAD POOL CALLER when I am working the System is getting crashed and all data is being lost and deleted. Seems like this Alienware Product was produced with very poor hardware. After 4-5 months I have been facing more number of issues in this product.

I would suggest calling Dell tech support for service. The refund time frame is 30 days and it is well past that date.

My computer has restarted on its own with Blue Screen Error stating BAD_POOL_CALL twice in one day. Please find the Event viewer logs attached. Alienware laptops are not supposed to be this much bad on sudden crash.

Warranty expired March 17, 2023. This issue is still not resolved. This is continued from the initial time and had many cases in this service tag for same issue.

Event 1001, buqcheck usually requires update Windows and all drivers. Please check for Windows Update downloads and then visit Device Manager to update drivers. Please download and run Malwarebytes Free. Free Antivirus 2023 | Download Free Antivirus for All Devices (malwarebytes.com).
