m15 R6, touchpad problems

Hello,

I have a brand new m15 R6. Most of the time I've been using an external mouse with it, but during recent travel I tried to use the Touchpad. It was, to put it bluntly, a pretty awful experience. I fully had to reboot the computer just to get it unstuck out of scroll mode. Sticking in scroll/zoom mode, jumping, not following finger movements. Are there driver updates? Is this a known issue? Should I be getting the touchpad replaced?
