m15 R7, AWCC help
my keyboard stopped working . saw an update for awcc, update failed through support software. then downloaded it from dell. failed again. tried removing awcc in windows settings. it failed. but left it installed for the other user. now im stuck. cant delete folders as per a dell video and cant install awcc.
not sure what to do?
im typing this with the virtual keyboard, on top of that the fans run full blast. going to turn it off as its getting warm. how does one piece of software have so many issues and control so much?
