M15 r7 HDMI port malfunction?

My M15 R7, with RTX 3080ti, was working great for about 2mo via HDMI display for everyday use. Today while I was playing a game, the laptop crashed. After a hard reboot, the TV was displaying 8-bits like colors for about 10sec; the TV will go black and the laptop will freeze.

 After several times of rebooting, the color came back to normal on TV but it would go black after few sec of logging in to windows 11 and the laptop will freeze.

I've tried different hdmi cables, different input ports on TV, Windows restore, and even went as far as factory image restore. Now the laptop won't display anything via hdmi. It will not detect my TV.

Could this be a hdmi port failure?
