m15 R7, Windows 10 support?

Question

For compliance reasons, we are limited to Windows 10 for workstation operating systems. This particular laptop appears to be Windows 11 only. 1) Can someone confirm if Windows 10 has absolutely no way to run on this hardware? I will need drivers for various items, not limited to the onboard network card (not wireless) and the drive controller. 2) If this hardware is Windows 11 only, does Dell provide a link that at a- glance, shows me which ones (e.g. laptops, workstations, servers) are Windows 11 only?  Thank you!

Dell provides a link that at-a-glance shows tested for windows 11. Hopefully this responds to your second question, with interpretation. Dell computers tested for update to Windows 11 build 22H2 and previous versions of Windows 11 | Dell US
