m15, Realtek audio console bug

guys,

i got the m15 model and the "Realtek audio console" doesn't show the equalizer settings in home tab. that's  happens alone, even after a fresh install of windows or the driver, it stays okay for couple of days then it disappears. sound works ok with no problems. what's that bug?
