@DELL-Jesse L​ I have read the post mine is charging but very slow from 0-16% 10hours and when I start playing a game I hear this static noise on the upper left of the laptop and this 4 Red 1 Blue starts flashing and eventually stops the charging and it disconnects the battery. For the warranty its already expired. The sad part this happens after windows had update the firmware to 1.24 after that this happens.

If you replaced the battery then there is a chance that the charging system on the motherboard is faulty. Hopefully for you this is not the case as it will mean that the board needs to be replaced. 

You could try holding the power button down for 30-60 seconds to do a power drain reset. You can try doing this with the battery plugged in and then with it unplugged. The power adapter needs to be unplugged for this. 

@mattyb3​ thank you for the response, I have already replaced the battery but still the charging is very slow. And when everytime I try to play I hear a buzzling sound on the upper left side of the laptop then this trigger the 4 Red 1 Blue code and then the battery gets disconnected and the gpu will be cap at 40-45W. When I unplug the charger the laptop shuts off.

If you try the power drain techniques and they do not work then you could try reflashing the BIOS. If you think that update caused the problem then reflashing it may work or you can wait until a newer version is released. There are always dangers when updating the BIOS so you do that at your own risk.

Thank you for your post.  I have had this same issue.  I finally gave up trying to get it fixed.  I have had the battery replaced - nothing changed.  I have advised the technical people that it is triggered by specific games/programs.  But, they have not listened, or offered a solution.  I agree 100% about buying this top of the line machine and having it last a year before issues.  I have the long term warranty - for what?

Sorry for the rant.  But, perhaps the rant might get attention, and have a fix offered.  Everything so far researched seems to indicate there is no fix - or none that Dell is willing to address.

@DaisyDeea​ i couldn’t agree more with you. Even Dell here in the Philippines ignored me and says its my fault for updating the BIOS, how come its my fault when the firmware update came directly via windows update. Dell is ignoring this issue and they wouldn’t take action. i found a temporary fix on this issue but its a hassle everytime you have to change it in order for it to stabilized.
