m16 R1, slow down when plug and unplug charger

Alienware m16 R1 AMD

Alienware m16 R1 AMD

I am having this issue since I bought my laptop like moth ago, I don't have an idea if this is normal or not.

I contact tech support they try everything to install or uninstall drivers of my Alienware M16 AMD Ryzen 9 I re install windows 11 and adjust the power options and later the processor power management. i adjust my command center everting to the max and over clock the processor and the issue keep doing when i plug and unplug my charger when I'm playing, editing or watching videos. I try everything to 100% and still the same issue during I am doing edition jobs or playing games i want to know if someone else having the same issue. I hope someone can help or fix this problem of perfromance

I'm not really happy with my purchase to having those issues of lagging.

Unplugging will always slow the system, since it's not possible to run the system at full power on battery only.  That's true of every notebook computer with anything other than a very low power CPU and integrated video.   The GPU in that system alone draws up to 120W of power.

The system should resume full power when you plug it back in -- does it not?

Does the system correctly sense the OEM AC adapter?
