m16 R1, Thunderbolt charging?

Hello all - I just purchased an M16-R1, which includes two USB-C ports on the rear of the laptop. The specs I see at Dell's website, repeated elsewhere online, describe these ports as '2 Type-C Port (Thunderbolt™ 4.0, USB 4 Gen 2, DisplayPort 1.4, and 15W Power Delivery (3A/5V) capabilities)' Question: What does '15W Power Delivery (3A/5V) capabilities' mean? I assumed it meant you could trickle charge the battery at up to 15W using a USB-C PD-capable charger. But none of the various USB-C charges I've tried, at varying wattages, will do anything. In fact, when I plug in my Dell WD19TBS Thunderbolt Dock, which provides 180W of power, I get the error message that this is not a power port. Am I missing something here?

15W power delivery means the ports can supply 15W to charge or operate USB-connected devices. The system will only charge and operate from the 330W AC adapter with which it ships.

Thanks for your reply - I guess I discounted that possibility because all of the USB ports on the laptop will charge devices, including the USB-A ports, which is similar to other laptops I've owned. So I guess the USB-C charging capabilities are something more than that? In either event, no big deal - I was just hoping there would be something more convenient than that ridiculously enormous charging brick. Thanks again.
