Question

I am currently using the latest version of the OS on my Alienware m16 R2 laptop, which is a premium segment device with 16GB RAM, RTX 4060 (8GB), and an Ultra 9 processor. However, I am facing an issue with brightness adjustment not working after the recent OS update. I have attached a screenshot of the update history for your reference. When I contacted your support team, I was advised to install a fresh OS. However, I am not interested in reinstalling the OS, as I believe this is a bug introduced in the latest update rather than a system issue. Since my laptop is fairly new (only 4-5 months old), I request you to thoroughly verify each update and its compatibility with the system before suggesting a complete OS reinstallation. Kindly provide a solution to fix this issue without requiring a new OS installation.
