m17 R1, cannot game, frame drops, stuttering

I have trouble shooted everything suggested by Dell. This M17 is not even 1 yr old . I already sent it in for service and after waiting a month Bc the heat sink wasn’t in stock. I finally got it back... with the same problem. I can barely run games. Constant frame drops and stuttering. Windows is slow , startup is slow. I have all drivers up to date. Put settings in performance mode. I’m at a loss and I need this for my sons remote school. I wish I could trade it in cuz I think it’s a lemon. Any suggestions?
