m17 R1, does not wake up after shut down

Hi community, I will be glad you help me with this situation.

My alienware m17 brand new, I have less than a year with it, is experiencing this strange problem. When I click on shut down, hibernate or sleep mode, my laptop can't turn on without its charger, I must use the charger in order to get the laptop on one more time, after this I can remove, it doesn't matter if the laptop is full of charge it still give me the same problem.
