m17 R1, fan, hdd, heating issues
Dear Support ,
I am an Apple user since 2009 .I decided to buy Dell Alienware for gaming and other tasks. Now I am cursing myself why I choose Alienware over Apple. From the first day I have a lot of issues with my laptop.
1) Fan stop working
2) Hard disk stop working
3) Machine burning at 100 C
4) Fan stop working again
and after waiting for 1 month and 3 days the requested service is cancelled

I am supposed to get premium support as I am entitled to it and the level of support I am receiving is worse than any 3rd class company in world. I requested a change of laptop after so many issues and Malaysia customer service team telling me to go back Malaysia to exchange it from the shop I bought it from. How I go back to Malaysia from Pakistan after spending $2000 for hotel, air ticket and other expenses? Can you help me in this regard? Thanks

But currently the best way to proceed would be with that team. As we've stated before, it isn't a matter of negligence. But the main matter is due to the geographical limitations on which we can operate freely and without any delays.
