m17 R1, keyboard just stopped working
Hello, I bought this m17 less than a year ago (warranty set to expire in 10 days, imagine that!) And the keyboard just decided to stop working. Booting also takes several minutes, used to take seconds. Has anyone experienced this issue or know of a resolution that doesn't require disassembly or hardware repair? Really disappointed this expensive laptop could have such issues not even a year old...

Call dell and ask for a technician to come and fix the keyboard but make sure to say a actual dell worker and not a contractor who hasn't worked on these systems.
The slowness maybe because of the os being on the hdd instead of the sad. Make sure to disk check and disk clean if possible.

No, the OS is on a m.2 so that's not it. No dell techs here, i'll be sending it to them for warranty repair. This stupid thing runs 85+C during intense gpu usage, I'm sure it fried itself somewhere...
