m17 R1, Nvidia surround display
Hello Guys,
Can anyone guide me how can I setup Nvidia surround display ? I have asus Portable 1080 monitor which is connected to thunderbolt port of my Alienware m17 2019 model laptop.
Sepcs:
i7 8750H
16GB Ram
Nvidia 2060
Laptop screen 1080p
the Surround configuration options seems disabled in Nvidia control panel.

All you need is to connect the display port to your monitor and daisy chain it with another one to get a dual surround monitor experience as the Thunderbolt one can do it but I’d stick to the display port.

how can i do it with thunderbolt ?? is it even possible ? do i need to buy usb c to hdmi cable ?

Well thunderbolt is based off of DisplayPort and the technology to configure multiple monitors together is daisy chaining where you can get up to 3 monitors with 1 cable.
