m17 R2, heating when charging/low fps/command center problem

Hello everyone,

I have an m17 alienware with i7 processor for a year. The problem is that when it is not plugged on the charger the temperatures variate from 45 to 60 degrees and when I plug it in it goes to 70-100 without using any software. Do you have any idea why this is happening and how to fix it? 

Also, when I am gaming without a charger plugged in, the fps drops to 01 instead of 140. Any ideas what to do with that?

Last but not least, on my command center on the cpu overview i dont have the advanced view settings like every other alienware. So I cannot play with this. And intel xtu doesnt allow me to change anything either.
