m17 R2, lags, LatencyMon ran

Hello,

My Alienware m17 r2 seems to be lagging a lot lately. like if I'm browsing and then suddenly click start, it will take 3-5 seconds to realize I clicked it. 

I am on high performance and tried many different fan controls and explored. reset to the Alienware factory image, updated everything via windows and Alienware update, and still the same thing happens. I started disabling things i suspected to trigger it, such as tobii, drivers, windows defender, everything. it still lags.

So, I ran LatencyMon, and this is what I got.

Any help would be appreciated, as I have not used this software before. Wdf01000.sys seems to be causing the latency. I just got a notification of new driver updates issued in 2 past days.

even with that, I still get lag when clicking basic things. This is driving me nuts at this point.
